Welcome to Black Boy Page                          Page updated 5/18/09 Black Boy was born at 8:15pm on March 29th.  He has great pigment at one week old.  He also loves to be held.  He is a little snuggle bug.   We have just finished our temperament testing and you will find his scores under his last picture on this page.

We are using the Volhard Puppy Aptitude Test for all of our puppies Social  Attraction he scored  a 3 which means he came readily with tail up Following   he scored a 2 which means Followed readliy, tail up, got underfoot Restraint he scored a 3 which means he settled, struggled, settled with some eye contact Social Dominance he scored a 3 which means he cuddles up to testor and tries to lick face Elevation Dominance he scored a 3 which means no struggle, relaxed                      VOLHARD OBEDIENCE APTITUDE TEST Retrieving he scored a 6 which means he did not chase the object Touch Sensitivity he scored a 3 which means he was between 5-6 counts before showing any discomfort Sound Sensitivity he scored a 4 which means he listens and locates the sound Sight Sensitivity he scored a 1 which means he looks, attacks and bites Structure this puppy is correct in structure. Means this puppy score mostly 3's the pup is outgoing and friendly and will adjust well in situations in which he receives regular training and excercise.  High in pack drive, he has a flexible temperament that adapts well to different types of environments.  He would make a great dog for a family that wants to do training, agility, herding, fly ball,  play fetch with, he would do well on hiking trips and outtings.
