TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP
Breeder/Owner, Cathy Norlin herby transfers the ownership of the following puppy/puppies to the new owner/owners on the date this contract is signed. All puppy/puppies are sold on a Full Registration/Limited Registration. If the puppy/puppies are sold as pet quality, this puppy can not be used for breeding and must be spayed/nuetered by 12 months of age. A copy of spay/nuetered verification needs to be signed by a vet and sent to breeder when complete. Puppies sold as pet will be sold with Limited Registration. The new owner/owners have 3 days from date of transfer (excluding weekends) to obtain a veterinary well puppy checkup from their veterinarian and notify breeder of the exam results. If the puppy/puppies are found to be unhealthy a written diagnosis from the veterinarian is required. The puppy/puppies may be returned for a Full Refund if the puppy/puppies are unhealthy after the original check up (after 3 days aquiring your new puppy excluding weekend) . NO cash refund will be given after 3 days (excluding weekends) from the date of transfer.

HEALTH/GENETIC GUARANTEE
As the Breeder of your new puppy/puppies I have done everything possible to assure the health of your new puppy/puppies. I will only breed adult dogs that have passed the OFA, Prelims or Penn Hips with no evidence of dysplasia and who have no other health conditions. You must understand no matter how careful we are in selection your breeding dogs nothing is 100% guaranteed. That is why we are very careful to screen our dogs before a breeding will take place. We will guarantee all of our puppies whether they are breeding/showing quality or pet quality if the puppy/puppies do not pass the OFA. We will require you send us a copy of your puppies OFA/PENNHIP reports. If the puppy is x-rayed before 24 months and comes back with sublaxation we will ask you to redo the puppy/puppies x-rays at 24 months.
PUPPY/PUPPIES PURCHASES
After you have been approved for an Einzig puppy, we will help you pick out the best puppy/puppies to fit your needs. If you are purchasing a Show/Breeding puppy/puppies and the puppy/puppies are not suitable to breed or show due to a genetic condition we will replace your puppy/puppies for a puppy/puppies of equal value. If the puppy/puppies are able to live a normal pet quality life you may keep the puppy/puppies. We will require a written diagnosis from a veterinarian then the puppy/puppies must be spayed/neutered prior to receiving a replacement puppy/puppies. If for some reason you have allowed the dog/dogs to be bred than you are accepting the dog in good health and no replacement will be given. All cost of shipping a replacement puppy/puppies will be paid by the Purchaser. If for some reason you are unable to keep your Einzig puppy/puppies you must notify breeder by phone, e-mail or mail that you are no longer able to keep your puppy/puppies and we will either take the puppy/puppies back or work with you in finding a new home for your puppy/puppies. Under NO circumstances will your puppy/puppies be taken to the Humane Society or turned over to a Rescue Organization.
DEPOSITS FOR PUPPY/PUPPIES
If you see a litter you are interested in and would like to be placed on our waiting list please let us know. Everyone will be placed on the list in the order we receive your information. We will not take a deposit on a litter unless the Dam has been confirmed to be pregnant. After we have confirmed the pregnancy we will take deposits. If you put down a deposit on a puppy/puppies and we do not have what you are looking for we can transfer your deposit to another litter or hold your deposit until the litter is repeated. No puppy/puppies will be sent to a new home until the total amount of the puppy/puppies has been PAID IN FULL. All checks must be cleared by a bank before the puppy will be released to new owner/owners. New owner/owners will be responsible for the cost of a crate, health certificate, and transporting the puppy/puppies. Deposits to hold a puppy are $250.00. We accept paypal, money order and personal checks. (PERSONAL CHECKS MUST CLEAR THE BANK BEFORE PUPPIES ARE RELEASED TO THEIR NEW OWNERS)
NEW OWNERS RESPONSIBILITY
New owner/owners promise to provide a safe, loving home and environment for their new puppy/puppies, with proper food, shelter, a safe environment while puppy/puppies are outdoors and ALL NECESSARY VET CARE. Under no circumstances will your puppy/puppies be chained up. Obedience classes are a must for all new puppies. The personality of the puppy develops between 4-6 months of age. That is why it is so important to get your puppy/puppies to obedience classes as soon as possible. Lack of socialization may result in an overly anxious or fearful puppy. A well mannered dog does not just happen: it takes time and training to have a well mannered puppy. It is also very important to give your German shepherd dog a job to do, whether you excerise your dog daily, do agility, herding, fly ball or tracking. Otherwise your puppy/puppies can become bored and get into trouble which will also result in an unhappy dog and unhappy owner/owners. Remember the German shepherd dogs are working dogs.
BREEDING/SHOWING STIPULATIONS
We will temperament test and evaluate each puppy at 7 weeks of age to make sure they meet the breed requirements before they will be placed in a Show/Breeding home. All show/breeding puppy/puppies will be sold on Limited Registration which will be lifted once OFA'S, Prelims, or Penn Hips are completed with acceptable scores. If puppy/puppies x-rays are done before 24 months and they do not pass then we will ask the x-rays be repeated at 24 months old. If your puppy/puppies are done earlier than 24 months of age and come back with Dysplasia (breeder has the right to ask for a second set of x-rays if puppy/puppies come back with Dysplasia) then you may choose a replacement puppy/puppies of equal value. If you choose to breed your puppy/puppies before they are two years old or OFA'S or Penn Hips are not completed with acceptable score LIMITED REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE LIFTED.
